We are interested in keeping the customer’s business in motion. We want to ensure that our customers are guaranteed by a high-quality and sustainable conveyor chain. We are always thinking about how we can make our products even better. Our professional and customer-focused culture drives us forward, as evidenced by one of our most recent, domestic customer cases.

The customer had a problem; the conveyor chain could not withstand heavy wear and the chain manufacturer was not willing to investigate the issue as they felt the chain was installed wrongly. At the same time, our salesperson went to present the customer our products and possibilities of FB Ketju. We started to find out how we could help them.

An analysis of a chain manufactured by a competitor was carried out. Based on that, we developed a customized chain solution for the customer, which is our standard operating procedure. We always work with the customer to find the best possible and most cost-effective solution overall, so that they can focus on their business without worrying about how the chains are working.

– This was the best solution, especially as there was no ready-made solution directly from the FB Ketju. We first deployed the chain in one plant and after a few months of use, we ordered more for several plants. We are in our first full production season with the new chain, so we will be able to test its full durability at the end of the year. But for the moment, it looks really good,” says our customer.

Our customer has different chains in many plants, and one chain will last 3-8 years. The requirements for the chains are very high, as they are used in a very dusty and dry environment. If a chain breaks, production stops for about a week and, according to our customer, the repair costs alone run into tens of thousands of euros.
